HELP I'M GETTING TURNED INTO FIRE WOOD HERE! also is it me or does he seem like a decent person He is a decent person, he just believes it's "safer" to give into the Others, where as the children believe it's worth fighting them regardless of the risks. As the responsible adult Maxwell believes it's his duty to keep the kids out of harms way. He has no desire to harm them but he does intend to put an end to their mission, disregarding their desires and opinions because he likely does not believe they are old enough to make such an important decision. When battling him it's best to keep 2 characters in back using items, healing and singing Jacob's calling as often as possible. Who ever has Hydro Smash should be using it on every turn possible, as water hurts him a lot. Use Life-Toasts wisely if you have them, they can revive your fallen teammates. It may seem unbeatable but keep at it and play it smart and eventually something will occur, after his health has dropped a certain amount, that will change the battle greatly. If you still have trouble, try leveling up a bit, the cops in the town are hard but provide a lot of Ex, they are also weak to zap attacks so have Bella and Alex pound them with their specials while Kyle and Chadd Heal them. If you go in with all your character's at about Level 23-25 it should be pretty easy for you, also the vendor by where the Rahl*Mart used to be sells Meat Jerky and Crafty-Taffy which can help a lot. THE LAST BOSS TOOK QUITE A WHILE EVEN WITH HAX ^_^ I had max stats and level, yet its impossible to KO this boss fast BECAUSE IT HAS LIKE I DUNNO OVER 100million hp? OVER 1 BILLION? Seriously, you need the help of the finished song to beat it. IT took me 10+ turns to realise that I need to repeated play that finished song to beat it : o.

oh nvm you get the song part way through the battle. the way to do this is to stay back! slap and heal, and sing J's calling if anyone is low on HP/IP. otherwise normal att/dream bolt. when you get the maroon regret song everyone should use it. When the anti speakers come along ignite them while having the other characters attack normally. 2 ignites should do it, then keep attacking normally. Then keep singing maroon regret once they're down.
